…I ran 5km even though I was shattered through not enough sleep. I then skipped breakfast and survived off coffee until lunch.
I then made the fatal mistake of going to Subway for lunch when starving and came out with a 12-inch Italian BMT with extra cheese. A quick glance at the menu revealed that I was essentially consuming my recommended calorie intake for the entire day in just one meal.
And it was consumed in record time. Record time.
This was quickly followed by a dip that almost led to me falling asleep at my desk. I’d also forgotten that I’d booked a massage at work.
So all I could think of all the way through the excellent neck and shoulder massage was “can he smell the red onion and garlic from there?”
Still, the massage was excellent and I’ll definitely book another one.
