Snow annoyance…

The crappy weather that hit London and the South-East means I have to work from home. The alternative – a trip to Oxfordshire that could potentially take hours, with no guarantee that I’ll get back today – was quickly knocked on the head as soon as I’d checked the travel news.

Therefore, I have taken the executive decision to work from home and have actually been more productive in the last 90 mins than I could expect on a usual Monday morning. Plus, I’m nice and warm.

I’ve got the BBC News running in the background and can’t believe how much Simon McCoy is taking the mickey out of everyone he interviews. And he’s reserving a special kind of pi$$-taking for his co-anchor since she arrived late to work.

I’m just glad I’m not trying to make an important journey today. Or trying to fly… anywhere!

  1. Ah, it’d be great to work from home. Sorry you’ve nasty weather. We had drifts up to 14″ but 20 is impressive, particularly for the Isle.
